Our Peruvian itinerary is carefully crafted to showcase the best of what this fascinating country has to offer, starting in Lima, the vibrant capital, we then venture to Paracas to witness nature’s marvels and admire breathtaking landscapes, next, we explore Cusco, a city steeped in history, and finally, we reach the pinnacle of our journey at Machu Picchu, one of the world’s most iconic archaeological sites, this comprehensive itinerary ensures you experience the true essence of Cusco Peru.

ITINERARY  

Day 1: Arrive – Lima. Arrive to Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM) in Lima. We will coordinate your airport transfer with your arrival time to your nice hotel in Miraflores Lima

Day 2: Lima & Paracas. Begin your tour from Lima in the morning, then we drive to the Paracas Wildlife Reserve for our boat ride to the Ballestas Islands, inhabited by boobies, pelicans, sea lions, penguins, flamingos, whales, and many other sea mammals and sea life. At 11:00 am approximately, we will transfer to Ica to board our dune buggy for about 20 minutes we will reach the desert area, in this place you can also appreciate the desert landscape, Huacachina oasis and we will make stops to take pictures. Furthermore, we will enjoy the sunset coming back to Ica. Transfer to your hotel in Paracas.

Day 3: Paracas and Bus to Lima, afternoon City Tour. After breakfast, transfer from Paracas back to Lima then a half day tour for exploring central Lima, focus your explorations on the impressive Plaza Mayor, here the impressive Cathedral contains the remains of city founder Francisco Pizarro, whilst striking facades assail you from every angle, the Moorish balconies of Palacio Arzobispal and the beautiful baroque Palacio de Gobierno, home of Peru’s President, other architectural highlights include the city’s most captivating church, the Iglesia San Francisco. End the day by enjoying a delicious dinner at one of Lima’s best restaurants, then head out for a nightcap at one of the city’s celebrated cocktail bars.

Day 4: Fly to Cusco and City Tour with Pisac. Upon arrival in Cusco we will meet you and transfer you to your hotel, Later in the day you will enjoy a Cusco City Tour visiting the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman plus the 3 other smaller Inca ruins close to Cusco, then we will visit the nice Inca city of Pisac in the Sacred Valley, overnight in Cusco.

Day 5: Sacred Valley tour and Maras Moray. The Sacred Valley of Peru is the center of the ancient Inca Civilization. The nice town of Chinchero lies on the way to Urubamba. Its constructions take you back in time since they were built right over the foundations laid by the Incas. Our next stop on this tour is Maras and its salt mines then the archaeological site of Moray, this site is full of circular terraces farming using steps cut into the mountains helped the Incas to grow crops on the slopey hills of Moray, our last stop will be Ollantaytambo is another Inca archaeological site, a must visit from Cusco, here you will get a glimpse of monumental architecture from Pre-Hispanic times, overnight at the Sacred Valley.

Day 6: Machu Picchu. After breakfast at your Sacred Valley hotel, you will take a train to Machu Picchu, the hidden Inca citadel, this hour and a half train journey is one of the most scenic in the world, winding through mountain, river valleys, high jungle and mystical cloud forests, upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, the town at the base of Machu Picchu, you will be met at the train station and accompanied to the bus station for a 20 minute ride up to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.

Next, you will meet your expert, English speaking Tour Guide for a tour of the most important sites in Machu Picchu, including the Intihuatana (Sun Stone), the Sun Temple, and the Room of 3 Windows, plus you will be able to marvel at lush mountains that mystically conceal the ruins, at the late afternoon, you will take a comfortable train back to Cusco and then be transferred to your Cusco hotel for your overnight

Day 7: Free day in Cusco and Flight to Lima. After breakfast at your hotel, this is a good time to explore some of Cusco’s less visited attractions including the famous San Pedro Market, the bohemian neighborhood of San Blas, or one of Cusco’s many fine museums, at the later afternoon one of our staff will meet you at your hotel and take you to the airport for your journey home or on to your next destination, at the afternoon Flight back to Lima,

Day 8: International Departure. After relax in your hotel of Miraflores you will be transfer to the Lima airport for your international flight.
