We will star this nice journey of Experienced Based Tourism in the nice province of Anta with the gathering of our customers from Cusco airport or hotels of Cusco City or the Sacred Valley, then we will travel to the biggest Inca Terraces of Zurite, it was used by the Incas as agriculture laboratory and actually the Peru government still using this Inca Terraces to preserve the Inca native seeds such potatoes, quinoa, kiwicha, corns, etc.  After this tour we will go to the nice Colonial town of Huarocondo and after full touring in this nice town we will go to the community of Marjko in the Anta Province where you will be welcome with music, dances, and their typical clothes to take us to the small houses of this nice village the lunch going to be the ancestral food the  Pachamanca is a typical dish based on beef, chicken with ingredients such as huacatay, chili, cumin, pepper and other spices, as well as additional original Andean products such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, cooked only on the basis of preheated stones which makes the taste different from the typical food of the city, then we will have some activities:

Activity 1 “how to get the milk from the cow”: In this activity, we will have the opportunity to learn the traditional techniques how get the milk from the same cow this activity performed by women.

Activity 2 “Demonstration how to prepare Andean cheeses”: This activity allows us to see firsthand the ancestral activities and techniques that the women of this small village did in the preparation of the Andean cheeses.
